FS 30219 Dark Tan Color Guide:

• FS 30219 Dark Tan was one of the camouflage colors of the TAC SEA (Tactical Air Command South East Asia) scheme introduced for US Air Force tactical aircraft in the 1960s. In addition to Dark Tan FS 30219, this scheme also included Forest Green FS 34079 and Medium Green FS 34102 for the upper surfaces, and the undersides of the aircraft were to be painted in Camouflage Gray FS 36622. For aircraft intended for night missions, the undersides were usually painted FS 17038 Black.
  
• FS 30219 Dark Tan was also used in the two-color desert camouflage of USMC aircraft during the Gulf War. Helicopters painted under this scheme were usually finished in FS 33711 USMC Sand with camouflage patches FS 30219 Dark Tan, FS 30279 Desert Sand, or Earth Red FS 30117.
